Please fill out the form below when a COMPLAINT is received from an employee or student at a school campus.
STEPS OF PROCESS:
- The Vandelay employee who receives the initial issue should file the complaint below.
- The appropriate management member will handle the complaint.
- The management member will document the resolution of the complaint in Smartsheets, and will then notify the Vandelay employee of the outcome/resolution.
- The Vandelay employee then contacts the original person who filed the complaint with the final outcome/resolution.
